Noble Machines
Noble-1 is a rugged humanoid from US startup Noble Machines, purpose-built for construction, mining and outdoor industrial work where indoor humanoids fail. Rated IP67 and operating from -25°C to +55°C, it uses hybrid hydraulic-electric actuation for high-torque locomotion over rubble, gravel and stairs, carrying up to 40 kg. Noble emerged from stealth in March 2026 with $180M from Caterpillar Ventures, Bechtel Ventures and a16z, targeting the largely unaddressed $4.2T outdoor-labor market.
